Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Because all items are Made-to-Order and we do not carry inventory, we cannot swap one size, style, or color for another. Each garment is crafted specifically for you.

Returns – Please Try On & Inspect Within 14 Days

Returns are only accepted for:

  • stitching, finishing, or fabric flaws
  • more than 1" from our published or customized measurements
  • wrong style, size, or color

If any of these apply, email info@westcountyline.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Changes of mind, style preference, or sizing preference
  • Worn, washed, or altered garments
  • Custom products (unless a verified quality issue exists)

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with hangtags attached.
  • Unauthorized returns or non-Elevere items will be declined and disposed of.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.
