Return & Exchange Policy (Quick Guide)
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Because our garments are Made-to-Order, after 24 hours the fabric is often bought, already cut, and production is underway. At that point, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Because all items are Made-to-Order and we do not carry inventory, we cannot swap one size, style, or color for another. Each garment is crafted specifically for you.
Returns – Please Try On & Inspect Within 14 Days
Returns are only accepted for:
- stitching, finishing, or fabric flaws
- more than 1" from our published or customized measurements
- wrong style, size, or color
If any of these apply, email info@westcountyline.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
Not Eligible for Return
- Changes of mind, style preference, or sizing preference
- Worn, washed, or altered garments
- Custom products (unless a verified quality issue exists)
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with hangtags attached.
- Unauthorized returns or non-Elevere items will be declined and disposed of.
- Returns not meeting these conditions may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.
