For over two decades, our team has developed and produced apparel for global designers, national retailers, airlines, specialty brands, and emerging businesses. West Countyline takes its name from the Barrington area where my wife and I grew up. We’ve known each other since third grade, so when it came time to name the business, West Countyline had a meaning that was personal to us and familiar to many who grew up here.
Headquartered in Barrington, Illinois, with decades of hands-on production experience from our factory in Asia, our history includes work with Cynthia Rowley, St. John Knits, American Airlines, Restoration Hardware, HSN, The Buckle, Musto, Seeland, and many others.
We go beyond traditional factory production. We specialize in custom apparel, from original fabrics and prints to complete garment development. Our experience includes precise pattern work, custom fit, construction, and finishing, allowing us to create something entirely new or replicate and modify a garment you already know works.

We don’t just print on blanks. We start at the source: the fabric. Our process begins with your vision. Your specific colors and unique prints are integrated from the start. Once the fabric is printed, your garments are individually cut and sewn to your choice of styles. Whether you use our signature fits or provide a custom sample for us to replicate, we ensure a truly tailored result.
