WE CREATE YOUR DESIGN
Our designers combine human creativity with AI-assisted technology to transform your logo and ideas into an original all-over print. After you submit your design, we’ll follow up by email and schedule a call.

APPROVE YOUR DESIGN
Review your design, request changes and approve the final artwork. Then select your styles, sizes and quantities.

CHOOSE YOUR STYLE
Start with one of our men's, women's or youth styles. Or send us a style you already love and we'll work with you to create it.

FINAL APPROVEL & ORDER
Review your design, your styles, sizes and quantities and approve to make sure all is accurate. Then add everything to your cart.

WE MAKE IT
Once you place your order, your fabric is custom printed, cut and sewn into your garments. Your embroidery is added, the finished apparel is quality checked, and your order is prepared for delivery.

CUSTOM FROM THE FIRST THREAD
Every garment is made to order for you. We start with your logo, create an original all-over print, print the fabric, cut and sew your garments, and add your custom embroidery. Choose from our men's, women's and youth styles, or send us a style you love, and we'll work with you to create it.

Our custom-print minimum begins with typically one roll of printed fabric, producing approximately 100 to 120 lightweight performance garments. That production can often be divided among two garment styles, giving you more variety without requiring separate large production runs.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY “STYLES”?
A style is a different garment body. For example, Men's Polo, Men's Button-Down, Men's Relaxed, Women's Polo, Women's Relaxed and Youth styles would each be considered a separate style.
Sizes and colors within the same style do not count as additional styles.

A NOTE ABOUT CUSTOM PRINTING
Additional Embroidery: $5.00 per garment for each additional embroidery location.
We're printing on fabric, not paper.
Because of this, extremely fine details, exact positioning, extremely small artwork or certain colors may reproduce differently than they would on a computer screen or printed piece of paper.
If your design has a specific detail or requirement that is particularly important, we're happy to discuss it with you before production and recommend the best options.
