For more than 20 years, we've manufactured apparel directly through our own factory, producing for well-known designers and retailers including Cynthia Rowley, St. John Knits, Restoration Hardware, Lowe's and many others.

That experience taught us what quality apparel should look, feel and perform like. And because we work directly from design through manufacturing, we eliminate layers of traditional branding, sourcing and distribution costs.

UNDERSTANDING OUR MANY DIFFERENCES
NOT ALL CUSTOM PRINTING IS THE SAME
Many custom apparel programs begin with an existing mass-produced garment. Artwork, logos and colors are then applied to the finished garment using methods such as sublimation, screen printing or heat transfer, much like printing a design onto an existing T-shirt. Custom Printed Fabric For Polos

We do it differently.
We don't start with a finished shirt and add a design to it. We start by creating your custom print, then digitally print that design directly onto a continuous roll of your selected fabric using the printing process best suited to the material. Your shirt doesn't exist yet. The printed fabric is then cut and sewn into your finished garment.

Polyester fabrics are typically printed using sublimation, while nylon, bamboo and other premium fabrics use printing processes specifically selected for their fiber content and construction.

Because the design is part of the fabric from the beginning, it provides complete print coverage, consistent print quality and the look of a true textile design rather than artwork added to an existing garment.

Embroidery and finishing details are added last, completing a garment created from the ground up specifically for your event.
NOT ALL PERFORMANCE FABRICS ARE ALIKE.
The fabric matters just as much as the print.
Many opening-price-point promotional and sublimated polos are made from 100% polyester or fabrics with a lower spandex content. While these fabrics may provide moisture-wicking performance and some stretch, they generally do not provide the same combination of moisture management, 4-way stretch and enhanced recovery commonly found in the performance fabrics used by well-known premium golf and apparel brands.

We wanted our Performance Fabrics to feel and perform like the premium golf shirts people already know and enjoy wearing.

Our Core Performance fabric is a polyester/spandex blend with 12% spandex, providing 4-way stretch, moisture-wicking performance, excellent recovery and the soft, comfortable feel associated with premium branded golf apparel.

We also offer other premium fabric options, allowing you to choose the feel, weight and performance that best fits your event.Â

With decades of apparel and textile experience, we've worked with a wide range of fabrics and printing processes. That experience allows us to select the digital textile-printing process best suited to the fabric, rather than limiting every project to a single printing method.

A low advertised price may be based on a standard garment, standard fabric and a predetermined printing process. Upgrading the fabric, creating a completely original print, adding embroidery, changing garment details or moving beyond the standard offering may require a special quote, if those options are available at all.

We create your original print, print the fabric, cut and sew your garments, and include custom embroidery as part of the process. You can choose from multiple garment styles and performance fabrics to create apparel around your event rather than fitting your event into a predetermined product.
