Terms & Conditions

All West Countyline apparel is custom manufactured specifically for each customer based upon customer-approved designs, artwork and specifications.

PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required to begin development, sampling and production preparation. The remaining 50% balance, plus any approved additional charges, must be received before finished merchandise is released for shipment. Payment terms may only be changed with written approval from West Countyline.

ARTWORK APPROVAL: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, logos, spelling, colors, placement, quantities, sizes and other specifications. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and/or production delays.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE:

For custom-manufactured orders requiring development of a custom garment and/or a pre-production sample, an initial development fee may be required prior to sample production. This fee is generally approximately $150 and helps cover development and shipping costs. Any applicable development or sample fee will be credited toward the bulk order when the required bulk order payment is received. If a bulk order is not placed, the development or sample fee is non-refundable.

The pre-production sample will be produced based upon the approved artwork and specifications and will serve as the primary production reference for the order.

AUTHORIZATION TO PRODUCE: Customer approval of the final artwork, specifications and, when applicable, pre-production sample confirms the approved production details. Receipt by West Countyline of the required production deposit or payment constitutes the customer's authorization to begin bulk production. Once the required payment has been received and production has begun, the order is considered authorized for production and is subject to the noncancellation terms below.

 

ORDERS ARE NONCANCELABLE: Once the customer approves the pre-production sample and authorizes bulk production and provides any form of payment towards the bulk production, the order is custom manufactured specifically for that customer and becomes noncancelable and nonrefundable, except for individual items that materially fail to conform to the approved pre-production sample or agreed written specifications.

MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES: Custom textile and apparel manufacturing involves reasonable commercial variations. Minor variations may occur in color, shade, print placement, pattern alignment, embroidery placement, garment measurements, stitching and other characteristics inherent in textile printing, cutting and sewing. These reasonable manufacturing variations do not constitute defective merchandise. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, all-over prints and repeating patterns are not guaranteed to align or match precisely across seams, sleeves, collars, plackets or other garment components.

DELIVERY: Production and delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless a specific delivery date is expressly guaranteed by West Countyline in writing. West Countyline is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers & customs delays.

INSPECTION AND CLAIMS: Customers must inspect merchandise promptly upon receipt. Any shortage, damage, manufacturing defect or material nonconformity must be reported to West Countyline in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery and supported by photographs or other documentation reasonably requested by West Countyline. Claims are evaluated on an item-by-item basis. A defect, damage or manufacturing issue affecting one or more individual items does not constitute grounds for rejection, return, refund or cancellation of the entire order. Merchandise subject to a claim should not be distributed, worn, washed, altered or decorated until West Countyline has had a reasonable opportunity to review the claim. If West Countyline determines that an individual item materially fails to conform to the approved pre-production sample or written specifications due to a manufacturing error attributable to West Countyline, the remedy will apply only to the affected item(s) and may include repair, replacement, re-manufacture, credit or refund of the amount attributable to the affected item(s).

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK: The customer represents that it owns or has permission to use all logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs and other intellectual property supplied or authorized for use on the merchandise.

PAYMENT DISPUTES: Customers agree to contact West Countyline regarding any concern with an order and provide West Countyline a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the matter before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not eliminate amounts legitimately owed under an approved custom-manufacturing order. West Countyline may provide order documentation, customer approvals, correspondence, pre-production sample approvals, invoices, shipping records and proof of delivery to the applicable payment provider or financial institution.

ACCEPTANCE: By placing an order, submitting any deposit or payment, approving artwork, approving a pre-production sample or otherwise authorizing West Countyline to proceed, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Receipt by West Countyline of any payment toward an order constitutes the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions of the order.
